The calcium salts are more soluble in cold water than in hot water. This property is often used to identify and separate citric acid.
6, Use: used in the food industry, especially as an acidification agent, PH buffer, and other compounds as a preservative. In detergent industry, it is an ideal substitute for phosphate. Chemical cleaning of boiler, acid washing agent, chemical cleaning and rinsing agent for boiler.
